itel S16 Specs and Price In Nigeria- The itel S16 series introduces a new design and improved camera hardware to Itel’s line up of smartphones. These smartphones are certainly going to appeal to a lot of Itel fans, as well as enthusiasts that desire a low-budget smartphone.

The S16 series of itel smartphones come in three variations, namely the itel S16, the itel S16 Pro (3G) and the itel S16 Pro (4G).

itel S16 is the direct successor to the S15 launched in 2019, and brings new design and latest Android 10 to itel S-series. The display is 6.5-inches full-view screen with 480 x 960 pixels resolution and a dewdrop notch, housing the selfie camera

itel S16 is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731E along with ARM Mali T820 MP1. It has 1GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage, expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card.

Although cameras on the itel S15 may not be top-notch or anything to get excited about, comparing these cameras with cameras on smartphones manufactured by Itel before now, shows great improvement, it shows that Itel has stepped up their game.

The device comes with a triple camera sensors at the back, combining 8 MP Main camera, 2MP depth and a third AI sensor. For selfies, the handset features a single 8-megapixel selfie lens is kept in the notch upfront.

On the software side, the iTel S16 runs the Itel user interface on top of Android  10 Go edition. Being a smartphone with low-end specs, The Android Go Edition will help reduce hardware requirements in running power-intensive apps. Apps featured here are watered versions of the original apps.
