Here is the latest done deals in Europe and transfer updates from the camp of Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, and other teams.
1. Willian and Coutinho (Arsenal)
Barcelona offered midfielder Philippe Coutinho to Arsenal days ago, but the Gunners are currently not pursuing the deal because of Willian.
Willian is highly likely to sign for Arsenal as talks are currently ongoing with the player and his agents about salary. The Gunners reportedly just want to sign one of them.
2. James Rodriguez (Atletico Madrid)
Spanish club Atletico Madrid have reportedly agreed a €15m fee with Real Madrid to sign James Rodríguez.
The Uruguay midfielder was omitted from the 24-man Real Madrid squad to face Manchester City in the Champions League.
3. Rafael Alcantara (Barcelona)
Barcelona midfielder Rafael Alcantara has emerged as a transfer target of Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers, with the two Premier League clubs already making enquiries about his availability.
The Catalan giants are reportedly ready to sell the Brazilian for about €16m. He was on loan at Celta Vigo last season.
4. Marc Andre Ter Stegen (Barcelona)
The German goalkeeper has agreed to sign a new contract with Barcelona, after being offered a new three-year deal.
The new contract will see him remain at the Camp Nou until 2025.
5. Juan Foyth (Tottenham)
Tottenham defender Juan Foyth is close to joining newly-promoted Premier League club Leeds United for £15m.
The Argentine has struggled for playing time under Jose Mourinho since Mauricio Pochettino left.
6. Rafa Marquez
Former Barcelona defender Rafa Marquez has returned to Spain as he begins his coaching career with the youth team of RSD Alcala.
The 41-year-old Mexican spent about eight years with Barcelona, winning four La Liga and two Champions League titles.
7. Behlul Aydin
19-year-old midfielder Behlul Aydin has renewed his contract with Trabzonspor.
8. Gabriel Magalhaes (Lille)
Arsenal are still ahead in the race to sign Brazil centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes and have started talks with Lille.
Napoli are still interested but not making any concrete move as the deal depends on Kalidou Koulibaly leaving the club.
Meanwhile, Manchester United have had contacts with Gabriel’s agents in the last few hours, but are yet to officially reach out to Lille.
9. Tahith Chong (Manchester United)
The agent of Manchester United winger Tahith Chong has revealed that the youngster wants to go on loan this summer.
Bundesliga club Werder Bremen are currently interested in the 20-year-old Dutch international.
10. Nathan Ake (Manchester City)
Manchester City have wrapped up the signing of defender Nathan Ake from Bournemouth for about £41m.
The 23-year-old signed a five-year contract. Manager Pep Guardiola has now spent over £300M on defenders since joining from Bayern Munich in 2016.
11. Arda Turan (Galatasaray)
Arda Turan has finally departed Barcelona, having returned to boyhood club Galatasaray, nine years after moving to Spain.
The 33-year-old midfielder joins as a free agent and signed a one-year deal.
12. Serge Aurier (AC Milan)
The coast is set for Serge Aurier to leave Tottenham, as Spurs are willing to sell, while the Ivorian is ready to leave.
AC Milan and Monaco are the two clubs currently interested in the 27-year-old.
13. Ilya Pomazun
CSKA goalkeeper Ilya Pomazun has joined Russian club URAL on loan.
14. Angel Gomes (Boavista)
Boavista have unveiled former Manchester United attacking midfielder Angel Gomes as their player for next season.
The 19-year-old joined Lille as a free agent but has been sent on a season-long loan deal to the Portuguese club.
15. Jay Spearing (Liverpool)
Former Liverpool midfielder Jay Spearing has joined Tranmere Rovers.
The diminutive midfielder made over 50 appearances for the Reds between 2008- 2013.
16. Samuel Umtiti
Roma and Napoli have emerged as the early front runners for Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti after they were unable to sign Chris Smalling on a permanent basis.
The Frenchman has also been linked with Arsenal and other Premier League clubs.
17. Pablo Andrade
Spanish club Racing Santander has signed Brazilian left-back Pablo Andrade.
He signed as a free agent.
18. Takefusa Kubo (Villarreal)
Villarreal have won the race to sign Japanese star Takefusa Kubo on a season-long loan deal from Real Madrid.
An announcement is expected soon as the player has agreed personal terms and wants to continue his development in Spain.
19. Mattheus Santana
Spanish club Recreativo de Hueva have signed Brazilian midfielder Mattheus Santana after his loan deal at Watford expired.
20. Said Benrahma (Tottenham)
Tottenham have joined the race for Algeria winger Said Benrahma.
The 24-year-old is set to leave Brentford this summer as the club failed to gain promotion to the Premier League. Chelsea, Arsenal and Aston Villa are the other Premier League clubs interested.
21. Adolfo Gaich (CSKA Moscow)
CSKA Moscow have signed Argentina striker Adolfo Gaich from San Lorenzo.
The 21-year-old signed a five-year contract.

Carlisle United have announced the signing of former Manchester United right-back Joe Riley.
23. Carles Soria
Espanyol player Carles Soria has joined Portuguese club Estoril
24. Neeskens Kebano
Fulham have renewed the contract of attacking midfielder Neeskens Kebano
The 28-year-old penned a new two-year deal.
25. Odsonne Edouard (Leicester City)
Celtic will find it difficult keeping Odsonne Edouard at the club beyond this summer as Premier League clubs Aston Villa, Arsenal, and Leicester are interested in his services.
The 22-year-old scored a hat trick against Hamilton on the opening day of the Scottish League.
26. Alexis Sanchez (Inter Milan)
Inter Milan chief executive Beppe Marotta has confirmed that the club have secured the services of Alexis Sanchez from Manchester United on a permanent deal.
The Chilean was given a three-year deal, having excelled during his loan spell.
27. Pierre Kalulu (AC Milan)
France defender Pierre Kalulu has joined AC Milan from Lyon. The 20-year-old signed a five-year deal.
28. Lionel Messi (Barcelona)
Barcelona president Josep Bartomeu has once again stated that Lionel Messi will retire as a Barcelona player amid contract renewal talks.
Messi has just a year left on his current deal but Bartomeu is confident he will sign a new one that will keep him at the Camp Nou for the next three to four years.
29. Mesut Ozil (Arsenal)
Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil is ready to take a pay cut as he enters the final year of his contract.
The midfielder, who wants to remain at the Emirates despite interest from clubs in Turkey and MLS currently earns £350,000-a-week.
30. Tanguy Ndombele, Kante and Ndidi (Inter Milan)
Tottenham have reportedly placed a €70 million price tag on Inter Milan target Tanguy Ndombele amid interest from PSG and other top clubs.
Inter Milan are now considering other alternatives as they look to challenge Juventus for the league title next season.
Nigeria midfielder Wilfred Ndidi has also been linked with a move to Italy as he’s one of the best defensive midfielders in the world, while Ngolo Kante is also being considered.
