The Infinix S5 pro is here and it’s super cool. The device is not only a major upgrade of the Infinix S5 but it’s Infinix mobile first smartphone to have a pop up camera. Without further ado, let’s take a close look at what this new smartphone from Infinix has to offer.

Design and Display

Just like the Tecno Camon 15 Pro, the Infinix S5 pro is built with glass front, aluminum frame and plastic back design, and it is obtainable in Violet and forest green.

It sports a 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and and a screen density of 395 PPI.

The Infinix S5 pro has a pop-up selfie. While at the back/rear, a Quad camera, LED flash and fingerprint sensor are placed there.

The Infinix S5 Pro comes with a 48-megapixel rear camera with an aperture of f/1.8, a 2MP depth camera and a QVGA low light sensor. While  the front-facing camera has a single 16-megapixel motorized pop-up camera.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re in a power-starved area, the Infinix S5 can keep you company for more than a day with its 4000 mAh battery. The device does not support fast charge.

Hardware and Software

The Infinix S5 Pro came running on the Android 10 out of the box. It hosts an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6765 Helio P35 processor, clocks at 1.8 GHz, a PowerVR GE8320 GPU paired with 4GB of RAM.

In terms of the storage aspect, the Infinix S5 Pro comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage and can be extended up to 128GB via memory card.

Connectivity

The Infinix S5 pro features a dual SIM, and supports the major telecommunication networks in Nigeria, Including MTN, 9Mobile, Airtel and Glo Mobile.

Other connectivity option includes : a 3.5mm headphone jack, a Micro-USB port (USB 2.0), dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. This device support 4G Network.
