All you need to get started is a registered SIM card from any Nigerian network (MTN, Etisalat (now 9Mobile), Glo, Airtel, Ntel, Smile, and so on) linked to an active UBA bank account. After that, dial the UBA mobile money transfer USSD code from the phone number associated with your UBA account.

- Select 5 to Send Money
- Choose payment method (Select 1 for UBA Account and 2 for UBA Prepaid card)
- If you’ve not registered select 1 to signup and proceed with the rest of the steps.
