UBA USSD code for transfer and how to deactivate

UBA (United Bank of Africa) now offers a direct mobile fund transfer service that works on any mobile device (Android, iOS, Windows, feature phones, and so on) with or without internet access.

All you need to get started is a registered SIM card from any Nigerian network (MTN, Etisalat (now 9Mobile), Glo, Airtel, Ntel, Smile, and so on) linked to an active UBA bank account. After that, dial the UBA mobile money transfer USSD code from the phone number associated with your UBA account.

How to Transfer Money From UBA to Other Banks via Mobile USSD Code

  1. Simply dial *919#
  2. Select 5 to Send Money
  3. Choose payment method (Select 1 for UBA Account and 2 for UBA Prepaid card)
  4. If you’ve not registered select 1 to signup and proceed with the rest of the steps.
  5. Follow the prompt thereafter to successfully complete the transfer using the UBA transfer code.
