Africa is home not only to the blacks but it also has a long history of keeping the whits within its neighborhood. By whites we do not necessarily mean Americans but all Europeans, Asians and even south Americans. Many of this individuals are descendants of colonists, others migrated some time in the past years to Africa for economic reasons
