BBNaija Past Winners– The reality television show Big Brother Naija, formerly known as Big Brother Nigeria, premiered in Nigeria on March 5, 2006, and ran until June 4, 2006.

Contestants compete for a large cash prize and other material prizes by avoiding being evicted from the house by viewers who vote for their favorite housemates to stay in the show, based on the Big Brother television franchise.

Katung Aduwak

Michael Ejeba

Michael Ejeba, popularly known as Efe was the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 2 in 2017, 11years after the first season. Bisola Aiyeola, a 32-year-old Lagos-based single mother emerged as the Runner-up.

Big Brother Naija Season 2 tagged “See Gobbe” was hosted by ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. It lasted for 78days with a total of 14 housemates contesting for a grand prize of N25,000,000

He coined the phrase “based on logistics” during his participation in BBNaija season two.

Efe went on to work in the music industry after the show. Efe is still struggling to make a name for himself in the music industry, despite working with top musicians such as Ice Prince and Olamide.

Miracle Igbokwe

Miracle Igbokwe, a Nigerian pilot and model from Imo State, emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 3 in 2018. Together with him was Cee-C Nwadiora who emerged as the runner-up.

BBNaija Season 3 tagged “Double Wahala” was hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu. The show lasted for a duration of 85days with a total of 20 housemates contesting for a grand prize of 45,000,000 Naira.

After winning the show, miracle went to advance his aeronautic training in the United States. In 2018, he obtained his certification as an “Instrument Rated” pilot.

Mercy Eke

Mercy Eke is the first woman to emerge winner of the Big Brother Naija (Season 4) reality show in 2019. She is a media personality, actress, video vixen and entrepreneur from Imo State. Mercy’s Runner-up is Mike Edwards, a CEO and Athlete born in Manchester.

Big Brother Naija Season 4 was themed “Pepper Dem” and had ex-housemate Ebuka Obi-Uchendu from season one as the host. It lasted a total of 99days with 21 housemates contesting for a grand prize of 60,000,000 Naira.

After winning the season 4 edition, Mercy has ventured in Real Estate and Fashion. She also had a realty show ‘Mercy and Ike’ which aired on Africa Magic Showcase.
