Latest Done Deals In Europe And Transfer Updates on Willian, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Others
Goodday and welcome to another day in the football transfer window. Here are the latest done deals in Europe and general transfer updates.
1. Kalidou Koulibaly & Harry Winks (Manchester City)
Man City have reportedly begun a £57 bidding for Senegalese center back Kalidou Koulibaly.
The 29-year-old have been with Napoli since 2014 despite numerous interest from different clubs over the years.
Pep Guardiola recently signed a center-back in Nathan Ake from Bournemouth but is still looking to bolster his backline.
Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks is also being monitored by the Citizens.
2. Ron-Robert Zieler ( FC Cologne)
Bundesliga club Cologne has completed the signing of goalkeeper Zieler on loan from Hannover 96.
The 31-year-old began his youth career with the club before moving to Manchester United in 2008.
3. Bartosz Kapustka (Legia Warsaw)
Polish club has signed Leicester midfielder Bartosz Kapustka on a permanent deal.
He joined Leicester way back in 2016 but failed to register himself as a first-team player and had been on loan deals before now.
3. Ben Chilwell (Manchester United & Chelsea)
Manchester United have joined the race for the signing of Leicester City’s left-back Ben Chilwell.
The Blues have been the major players in the transfer bid for the left-back who is rated at £80m, but United will now look to steal his signature.
4. Jan Vertoghen (Benfica)
Belgian International Jan Vertoghen is close to joining Benfica and has been spotted undergoing his medicals.
Vertonghen is a free agent following his contract expiration at White Hart Lane. The deal is set to be finalized in the coming hours.
5. Chey Dunkley (Sheffield Wednesday)
Championship side Sheffield Wednesday has signed 28 years old center back Chey Dunkley from Wigan Athletic.
6. Thiago Alcantara (Liverpool)
English champions Liverpool have shown keen interest in Bayern midfielder Thiago Alcantara by making an official bid.
Alcantara is also keen to join Liverpool and have asked to leave the German champions. Bayern are asking for a fee of £30m for his services.
7. Albian Ajeti
Celtic have completed tge signing of the Swiss footballer Albian Ajeti from Westham on a four-year deal worth £4.5m.
Ajeti who joined Westham from Basel just last season struggled to find his grounds in England featuring just 12 times all season long.
8. Gonzalo Higuain & Sami Khedira (Juventus)
New manager Andrea Pirlo is looking to refurbish his squad ahead of the new season and has told both Gonzalo Higuain and Sami Khedira they are not part of his plans.
Both players are now free to go in search of greener pasture elsewhere.
9. Danilo Pantic & Jacob Maddox (Chelsea)
Chelsea have sent 23-year-old midfielder Danilo Pantic on loan to native club FK Cukaricki.
Ever since joining Chelsea in 2015 he has been on numerous loan spells and is yet to feature in a blue shirt.
Also, another academy product in Jacob Maddox has joined Portuguese club SC Vitoria on a permanent deal.
10. Blaise Matuidi (Inter Miami)
MLS side Inter Maimi have completed the signing of World Cup winner Blaise Matuidi from Juventus.
Matuidi’s contract was meant to end in 2021 but was terminated on mutual consent to facilitate this current deal.
Inter Miami is co-owned by former England international David Beckham.
11. Mesut Ozil & Willian (Arsenal)
Ozil has made it clear that he is not going to leave Arsenal until the end of his contract.
The German International had a torrid last season and was dropped regularly from the team despite being fit and able to play.
The transfer of Willian is set to be completed within 48 hours according to multiple sources.
If the deal is finalized, the Brazilian will sign a three-year contract which would see him earn weekly wages of £220,000.
12. Cody Drameh (Leeds United)
Newly promoted EPL team Leeds United are very busy in the transfer window and have sealed yet again another signing.
18 years old defender Cody Drameh has joined the club on a four-year deal from Fulham.
13. Karim Bellarabi (Bayer Leverkusen)
German club Bayer Leverkusen has handed 30-year-old winger Karim Bellarabi a new three-year contract.
The German has been at the club since 2011 making over 160 appearances.
14. Declan Rice (Chelsea)
Westham United has put an outrageous price tag on Declan Rice to chase away suitors like Chelsea.
The Hammers have no intention of selling the former Chelsea academy player and have put a tag price of £80m.
