Don’t wear makeup with mineral oil
When your face is suffering from pimples, it should stay off makeup that contains lanolin or mineral oil. These I ingredients are likely to clog the pores and even trigger the acne to spread to other areas of your face. Don’t lose track of pimple-causing foods
Studies have shown that Junk foods especially does that are deeply fried trigger pimples to appear on the skin. Frequent consumption of these foods most times lead to painful, red acne. New research has shown a connection between milk and acne, so be watchful of the amount of mile you take in.
Do apply some ice
I have been here before, and this work wonders. In a situation you have a swollen pimple on your face, get an ice cube, wrap it in a clean cloth and place it on the painful spot for about four to six minutes. Repeat it continuously for the whole day to relieve pain and lessen the swell of the pimple.
Do wash your face
Generally, if you have pimples or not, it is necessary you wash your face at least twice a day.
