The Senate has in today’s plenary proposed a bill that seeks to ban protest in the country.
The bill which is sponsored by Senator Abdullahi Adamu, senator representing Nasarawa West senatorial district of Nasarawa state has today passed the first stage of reading.
The bill is proposed against the backdrop that there have been too many protests in the country since the inception of Buhari government.
