The former Manchester United manager was appointed as Tottenham’s new boss on Wednesday after Mauricio Pochettino was sacked, and has identified the areas where his team needs improvement.
According to Jeunesfooteux via talksport, Nigeria Striker, Victor Osimhen is one of the two players that have caught the attention of Mourinho. The other player is Osimhen’s Lille teammate, Boubakary Soumare.
Victor Osimhen who arrived at Lille last summer has been explosive in Ligue 1- scoring seven goals in 14 Ligue 1 matches. The 20-year-old has been a nightmare to defenders in his first season in France, and that has attracted interest from many top clubs in Europe.
According to reports, Mourinho is said to be looking for some of the youngest hot talents in Europe, and the Lille duo who are both 20 years old fits the bill.
