The coronavirus pandemic has affected the world in many very clear and undeniable ways. So, for the foreseeable future we’ll be on a coronavirus-enforced lockdown.
But strange and frightening as it is, the lockdown does not mean you should eat and sleep all day. Health and staying fit should always be on your mind. We’re not saying you should do 100 push ups or sit ups. You can stay fit by doing something fun- dancing.
As we are locked up inside ensure you do these dance steps regularly to stay in good shape. Apart from staying fit, you can dance with your kids, and spouses just to kill boredom.
